How long does shipping take?
I ship your items as quickly as possible, in Switzerland shipping takes between 2-3 days, in Europe about 3-7 days. Should there be any deviation, I will contact you.
Where do I ship to?
I send the parcel to your place around the world.
How much does shipping cost?
Within Switzerland the delivery is 5.-, in Europe the shipping costs 10.-, rest of the world it costs 15.-.The customs costs are at the expense of the buyer.
When the products are sold out, how long does the production take?
It depends on how quickly I can sew the product for you, but I will endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible.
Can I return my order?
Please email me at julia@juleslilthings.com that you would like to return the product. I can send you the details for shipping it back to me. You have 30 days to return the goods. If you are returning goods, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your order has been returned to me and I have checked it, you will receive your money back.
